In addition to these reforms for the advancement of women in the army, an action plan has been put in place for the promotion of gender, which has already registered several achievements, notably the Compendium of Women's Skills of Côte d'Ivoire, a unique instrument in the world. This action plan has enabled Côte d'Ivoire to obtain several national and international awards, "said the special adviser to the President of the Republic.
