The Special Adviser to the Ivorian President in charge of Gender and Social Affairs, the UNESCO Chair "Water, Women and Power of Decisions" and the international NGO "The Francophone African Women Partnership" (PAFFA) organize action-research days on the Theme "Leadership for skilled women, a lever for business success" in Abidjan from 17 to 18 October 2013. Conducting reflections on the establishment of constructive and pragmatic leadership for the creation of an active and inter-generational chain of solidarity between competent women is the objective of these days. Targets include women entrepreneurs, managers, economic operators, human resource managers from the Compendium of Female Skills (COCOFCI), an organization that is positioning itself as a tool for valorizing women's skills with nearly 9,000 women, managers High level, but also young women of all levels excelling in their fields of activity and many other organizations.
