On this occasion, the note said, Dr Kouassi Kouakou, expert in gender, mediation and negotiation, gave a training session to several young students from different universities.
The objective of this training was to inform these young people, to sensitize them, to raise their awareness and to train them in the culture of peace in their daily behavior.
Speaking of strategy, the expert said that the youth must know how to play the role of mediator to always keep the right balance in terms of conflict resolution.
In his opinion, the Ivorian youth must be actors and not spectators of the various problems that undermine society.
"The Ivorian youth must always be at the heart of the development of peace in our societies. Speaking of politicians, they must take action to achieve the primary objective of the States. I appeal to the Ivorian youth to always fight so that peace is at the center of all subjects´´, wished Dr Kouassi.
